Collections Reporting Analyst, Consumer Loan Center The Collections Reporting Analyst creates and produces daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to all collection managers and supports the entire collection team with current trends. The Collections Reporting Analyst turns data into details from several sources into insight and insight into business decisions and solutions. This position will also be responsible for the development of reports, charts, tables, graphs, and some statistical analysis as well as the production of various executive and operational reports required to support the Consumer Loan Center Collection Team. Responsibilities * Maintain current daily, weekly and monthly Collections and Productivity reports including, employee productivity, efficiency, results etc. vs. plan, SLAs, KPMs for each FTE, Team, Department, servicer, agencies, etc. by mining info from various sources and merging into various reports.
