Devops engineer (maven, gradle, docker, aws) - (Atlanta, GA)

We are looking for a creative, forward thinking Dev Ops Engineer that can build tools and operate continuous integration systems in support for the next generation of machines to be deployed worldwide. The next generation platform is built on custom version of Linux using YACTO. There is a Java/Spring container that provides a REST API to Chrome based front-end and uses sockets to connect to an embedded layer. The front-end is built using React and Redux. The key responsibilities of the position include refactoring and optimizing an existing Maven based build system. This includes authoring NPM, Maven, Gradle, Webpack based plugins, scripts, and configurations. This will also require a thorough knowledge of linux and command line scripting using bash. Additionally, a good understanding of Docker, containerization, and Amazon Webservices is also required. This would include building Amazon Lamda's and interacting with EC2 and S3 based services.
