Field Service Engineer - X-Ray Inspection Equipment Job - (Rochester, MN)

Seeking Field Service Engineer to deliver after-market support to customers in assigned territory for inspection equipment that identifies product defects and contaminants in the food industry. The Job: *** Travel to customer site to provide repair and field service support on Metal Detector, Checkweigher, or X-Ray inspection equipment. *** Commission and test machines using certified test procedures to verify machines are operating at peak efficiency. *** Conduct on-site training and communicate with support staff on related technical issues. *** Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites. *** Maintain 1st time fix and field response time customer satisfaction rate of 90% for assigned region. *** Maintain a satisfactory parts inventory, requisitioning additional parts required to perform normal duties. *** Provide feedback to Engineering Department on equipment reliability and design.
