Hris manager - (Creve Coeur, MO)

This important role will be an integral contributor in support of the Company’s goal of implementing innovative and integrated HR solutions with a focus on process efficiency. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of current systems by improving processes, providing reporting, supporting and maintaining system documentation. This position will work collaboratively with the HR team and other system stakeholders to analyze, design and build improved processes that optimize service levels in daily HR and inform sound business decisions across the organization. The following are required responsibilities of the position: System configuration, utilization and administration Perform analysis of existing HR systems functionality, recommend and configure process improvements and system enhancements to optimize their value to the business. Provide technical support, administration, testing, and maintenance of the HR systems for TKC including system enhancements.
