Position description: The Leidos NISC III program is looking for an IT Configuration Manager / DevOps engineer to join our team in Washington, DC and support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The perfect applicant must be able to handle multiple mission critical IT projects simultaneously. The applicant must have hands-on background providing configuration management planning, automated deployments, process that allows only approved and validated changes to be incorporated into software and related product documents. This position will require the applicant to be responsible for writing and maintaining source code, creating and maintaining software applications, deployments and applying frameworks involved in a software release. Basic requirements Background providing configuration management support to multiple IT projects simultaneously. Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps, configuration management field and the expertise to complete difficult and complex assignments.
