Position summary Summary: Enterprise Products and Background (EPX) team is looking for a Chief of Staff / Business Operations Lead to help our team optimize and deliver. We deliver compelling employee experiences through products, tools and services that enable Company’s growth. This dynamic role will support the EPX leadership team in all facets of business operations. Position details: The right applicant will be responsible for: Financial Management Manage an operating budget by balancing risks, opportunities, and investments Support the development of multi-year financial plans that are aligned with overall enterprise financial metrics Organizational and Operating Discipline Drive the implementation of operating structures, cadences and governance models that optimize execution Own and craft organizational messages such as newsletters, all hands presentations, and team site maintenance.
