Salary: $12.68 - $13.44 Hourly Job category: Non-Exempt Job Number: 2146 Location: Health Care Center 1051 Clark St. Reedsburg, WI 53959 Department: Health Care Center Description The purpose of the Dining Assistant is to assist in food preparation, service, clean-up for restaurant-style dining at the Sauk County Health Care Center. This is a part time position (40-60 hours/pay period). Essential Duties Meal preparation for breakfast, lunch and dinnerProvide meal service for residentsAssist with inventory control and stockingMonitor temperatures of foods and equipmentMaintain sanitary conditions by regular housekeeping tasksWash dishes for meals, special events and meal preparationInteract with residents and familiesAccommodate resident choices Additional Tasks Use computerized charting system (ECS) to monitor correct dietsAnd other duties as assigned Min Training and Education Required High-school certificate or equivalent Preferred Industrial or commercial food service background
