Business Analyst Job - (Minnetonka, MN)

Responsibilities/Relationships Position will provide dedicated support to the Data Warehousing and ETL Development Efforts Functions as an interface between business/function user groups and IT. Gathers business requirements, business process flows in designing and preparing new systems/solutions. Defines modifications to existing systems in order to meet internal and external user requirements. Provides business knowledge to aid other teammates. Performs analysis on business problems and requirements to determine source and develop options / alternatives. Makes recommendations among alternatives. Implements recommendations, or coordinates with others when assigned. Performs training for end users Ensures viability of systems for meeting business needs. Coordinate activities between business, Application, ETL and Reporting teams. Coordinates and/or conducts acceptance testing. Requirements Bachelor Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent education/background.
