ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and welcome guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner; Serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation to ensure consistency; Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate qualifications pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages; Perform any other job related duties as assigned. Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality QUALIFICATIONS: Background in similar position within an upscale environment is preferred; Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
