Job description This position will be responsible to lead, build and deliver for the Americas the development strategy which significantly increases the pipeline of owned/managed and franchised hotels, strategic investments for the portfolio and merger and acquisition activity as it relates to development. Direct reports will include EVP, VP, Manager and Administrative Assistant for Development. The Chief Development Officer will report to the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Americas.
