Job responsibilities: Prepare and cook food under the direction of manager. Serve food including plating/wrapping foods to be served. Set-up banquet tables or for lunch meetings. Operate cash register; count back money. Responsible for general clean-up of restaurant and kitchen area. Responsible for keeping dishes and other kitchen equipment clean. Responsible for receiving, stocking, organizing, and rotating food items in storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers. Delivers food items to various locations as requested. Segregate and remove trash. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Load/unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
