HR Representative* with Security Clearance - (Los Alamos, NM)

A developing professional with an entry-level understanding of Human Resources (HR) activities with regards to staffing. Is responsible for the review and processing of human resources actions necessary to support the insutionu0027s needs with regards to hires, terminations, records, personnel actions and other process and policy-driven deliverables in a timely and customer service focused environment. This encompasses actions with regards to new and existing employees in various appointment types. Major functional areas may include, but are not limited to, posting job ads, processing various personnel actions and agreements, providing data for start salary determination and other reports, compiling and reviewing hiring documentation, compiling appropriate paperwork, extending employment offers, experience investigations, various onboarding activities, maintenance of data integrity and personnel records. Significant interaction with internal and external personnel and job applicants.
