Full time position available to provide housing case management services to primarily post incarcerated adults affected by Substance Abuse and HIV in the Antelope Valley. Essential duties include intake and essments, formulating housing/budget plans, housing and Section 8 applications, emergency housing, public benefits, and ongoing client advocacy.
