Executive istant - Chief Human Resources Officer and Legal - (Oakland, CA)

As the Executive istant based in Alameda, CA, your primary mission will be to support Wind River's Chief Human Resources Officer and Legal department. Utilizing your excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills you will act as a liaison for the HR and Legal departments while maintaining schedules and creating efficiencies for two critical functional areas. Your high level of proficiency with Microsoft office suite applications and Outlook will be invaluable, as well as your orientation to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to effectively prioritize work, as you efficiently manage/coordinate simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize tasks. The ideal applicant will be expected to work unaided with good judgment and minimal direction.
