Sr. Business Analyst Job - (Fenton, MO)

Work with Technical Project Manager and project stakeholders to gather detailed functional and technical qualifications, document processes and deliverables in support of specific technology solutions and project delivery initiatives. Act as the liaison between project technical resources and business units. Work with developers and independently to define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and applicable solutions. Collaborate with Technical Project Managers, developers and subject matter experts to analyze and define functional processes, both "As Is" and "To Be". Create appropriate project documentation and manage change throughout the life of the project. Include appropriate stakeholders during qualifications gathering. Responsible for qualifications gathering, documentation and testing progress. Work with QA and testing teams to coordinate testing efforts by engaging testing resources, reviewing test cases to ensure appropriate test cases are created for quality assurance.
