Oversee the design and execution of marketing automation on the new Eloqua platform in order to drive sales leads. Bring business and technology ability to all internal client teams located around the world regarding marketing automation best practice. Manage a global team that provides counsel and administration of the Eloqua platform. Manage the performance and effectiveness of all marketing programs and lead generation campaigns including lead scoring and lead nurturing programs Execute inbound marketing, demand generation, lead management and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition Work with teams to translate marketing qualifications into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems Implement best practices including guidelines for emails, landing pages, campaigns, etc.
