Standard Requirements: Come and join our StaRN Peri-operative Residency Program ! The StaRN program is innovatively designed to provide intense post graduate training to newly licensed and experienced nurses. This paid 22 week program combines classroom instruction, eLearning, robust OR skill days in a functioning OR suite and hands on clinical training. Upon completion, RN is equipped with the knowledge and skill set typically found in a more experienced OR nurse. The next program is anticipated to begin on May 13, 2019, and is comprised of didactic training, high definition simulation and a clinical preceptorship.
