Speech Therapist SLP - Part Time - Days - (Turlock, CA)

Responsible for screening and assessing patients and developing a comprehensive plan of care for patients referred to speech therapy for speech/language and/or swallowing deficits. Provides follow-up treatment consistent with program guidelines. Advocates for quality care in the implementation and coordination of services within the program and through other resources. Requirements: Current California licensure as a Speech Therapist, Current CCC (Certificate of clinical competency) from ASHA (American Speech Laguage Hearing Association) preferred. For Home Health: (Current California Drivers License, and Current Auto Insurance) May consider applicant who has completed schooling, has obtained temporary license and is eligible for the CFY (Clinical Fellowship year) through ASHA.
