Nonprofit Financial Controller - (Phoenix, AZ)

Arizona Autism United (www.AZAunited.org) is a growing nonprofit behavioral health organization whose sole focus is providing high quality direct services and supports to children and families in our community. We are searching for an amazing FINANCIAL CONTROLLER to become part of a highly dedicated leadership team and help us successfully expand our services across the Valley and eventually statewide. The core functions of the job include managing accounting systems, reporting and analyzing financial data, monitoring payables and receivables, strengthening internal controls, and administering cash management policies. Job Duties include: Organize all financial data and ensure that all bookkeeping and accounting transactions are completed accurately, using GAAP and the organizations defined classification systems and methodologies. Manage external coordination activities including financial audits, funder reports and tax return preparation.
