Automotive Color Technologist Job - (Minneapolis, MN)

JOB OVERVIEW: Performs entry-level professional color analyses, design, and formulation for product applications. Responsibilities may include reviewing project objectives with management, utilizing existing systems and formulas, and assisting with coordinating projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Mixes colors and adjusts based on standard or common formulas, applies a basic professional understanding, and utilizes basic equipment; projects are standard in nature and generally do not require system adjustments or development. Meets with management or other Technologists to review projects, customer qualifications, and project tasks; may assist with or coordinate communications with the customer. Utilizes project objectives, sample applications, and other direction received from management or the customer to develop project tasks and components. Interprets and applies department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; ensures compliance with these areas.
