Working with a food manufacturing facility near Minneapolis, MN in their search for a Quality Control Manager to oversee the facility and lines. This company is looking to bring someone on who has extensive knowledge in a food setting with the right requirements and willingness to train/mentor staff. Quality Control Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food, Manufacturing or Science related Technical knowledge of food safety and regulatory management 5+ years of background in Food Safety, manufacturing or production Expertise to train, influence and create a culture focused on food safety across the Company SQF, HACCP certifications, audit background (in-house & three rd party) Quality Control Manager Responsibilities: Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. Assists in the development and implementation of Quality Objectives.
