Agricultural Loan Officer Growing Financial Insution is looking for a high-performing Agricultural Loan Officer. Strong relationship builder with business development skills that can grow a portfolio. Existing portfolio is primarily Ag-based with some commercial clients. Duties: Business development by cold calling, on-site visits, networking & referrals, Create relationships with new and current Ag related customers. Evaluate needs based on Agricultural operation and collateral. Analyze client credit worthiness, collateral and overall financial status. Provide professional recommendations utilizing proper bank products and solutions. Ensure credit quality and compliance with all bank and regulatory policies and regulations. Prepare proper loan documentation, ensure all files are current and provide approval recommendations. Qualifications: Agricultural background. Must have knowledge of banking and lending as well as financial and accounting documents. Credit Analysis / Underwriting skills strongly desired.
