Spencer County Bank is looking for just the right Salesperson who: Has demonstrated success selling comprehensive investments, retirement and wealth management solutions, and consumer, mortgage, agriculture or commercial loans. Must find new business selling compeive financial services in a regularly compeive market, meeting the needs and developing business with new and current customers. Must manage and grow the divisions book of business through developing strategic business plans and building a strong referral network with centers of influence within the community. Has demonstrated the ability to ask for the appointment, qualify for the opportunity and close business within a 2-3 call sales cycle. Is a self-starter, highly motivated, set and exceeds goals, is memorable, passionate and works hard, is a team player and manages themselves to extraordinary results.
