A very reputable financial insution in Western Colorado is seeking a talented Mortgage Loan Originator. The ideal applicant is someone who has experience developing and maintaining a mortgage loan portfolio My client is a growing financial insuion with a strong presence in the state. I'm looking for: A strong relationship builder who has experience building business in the mortgage industry Someone with the ability to self-source and operate independently and/or independently Someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills Someone who is business development minded Prefer knowledge of secondary market, mortgage regulations and guidelines Prefer knowledge of VA, FHA, or Conventional loans 3 years minimum requirements in mortgage lending College degree is preferred but not required Please apply with resume or reach out
