As a istant Chief Engineer you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:. ? ist the Chief Engineer in administering programs involving electrical, mechanical, general construction, and repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment. Included are the safe and efficient operation of building utilities systems ie natural gas, electric, and water. ? igns and verifies completion of routine maintenance/ PM and operation of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and any other related equipment which contributes to the safe and effective operation of the facility. ? Manage and direct entire engineering team to include grounds, pool technicians, Tech 1, Tech 2, Senior Maintenance and Supervisor.
