Manager Clinic Operations - Oncology Services The manager will be responsible for the daily operations of a large, multi-specialty physician practice focused on the treatment of GI/Phase I/Surg Oncology. In partnership with the medical director, the successful candidate will oversee staff performance and clinic workflow to support the highest level of patient centered care. POSITION DUTIES * Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. * Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. * Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. * Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. * Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.
