Branch Manager / Loan Officer Growing Financial Insution is looking for a strong Branch Manager to be their "face of the bank" in the community. Will be tasked with leadership of the office as well as lending. Strong relationship builder with well rounded lending, credit, risk & management experience. Duties: Business development across products. Create relationships with new and current customers. Oversee day-to-day operations and growth. Manage team to efficient operations and excellent service. Analyze client credit worthiness, collateral and overall financial status. Provide professional recommendations utilizing proper bank products and solutions. Ensure credit quality and compliance with all bank and regulatory policies and regulations. Prepare proper loan documentation, ensure all files are current and provide approval recommendations. Qualifications: Must have knowledge of banking and lending as well as financial and accounting documents.
