Accounting Supervisor - (Quincy, IL)

We are a family owned company with manufacturing locations in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Kentucky. We manufacture subsurface drainage products and supplies for agricultural, waterworks, and residential applications. We are currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our office in Timewell, Illinois. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise the company’s accounting procedures. Supervise accounts payable. Hire and manage the accounting department. Audit the accounting department’s work. Participate in critical and confidential aspects of accounting. Develop policies, systems, and special financial studies. Advise management on fiscal procedure and importance for the organization. Ensure compliance with financial procedures. Work with confidential data. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Accounting. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. (Master’s degree, preferred.) CPA designation, preferred. Microsoft Dynamics GP, preferred.
