GENERAL SUMMARY:The position of supervisor is responsibilities for the daily work ignments, motivation, consultations, and discipline of all personnel igned to his/her area of responsibility. It is the supervisor's responsibility to provide support to his department through the insistence of proper operating procedures in obtaining the goals of the company. Responsible for instilling a culture of safety and continuous improvement in areas of responsibility. The incumbent is responsible for managerial tasks that include performance evaluations, training and employee development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*Coordinates the work ignments for all employees in areas of responsibility.*Manages the safety and Continuous Improvement efforts within igned area.
