Construction project manager / estimator - (Rocky Mount, NC)

Responsibilities will include : Provide information to the leadership team regardingof upcoming potential job opportunities. Prepares and submits estimates and bids for igned projects by bidding, planning, organizing, and monitoring the inventory flow. Forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues. Ensures a high level of fiscal control and accountability for project budget. Creates within the team a shared focus of importance of achieving results. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : 5 years' Experience in a professional environment in a similar capacity and in project management. Job ignments: Duties are to include but not limited to: Monitor all bid sites for opportunities and obtain plans and specs a Provide estimates and bid calculations on potential jobs Manage the submittal preparation and submission Gather and submit material certifications Submit specs to vendors for quotes Build spreadsheets for cost calculation Project supervision of igned projects Pre-bid
