Finance Director of Budget and Planning Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Finance, the Director of Budget and Planning manages the preparation of operating and capital budgets, monitors and reports actual budget activity in the context of university policy, programs and objectives. Conducts financial analysis related to general planning and specific projects. Fosters effective working partnerships across the university to carry out job responsibilities in the best interests of the university. Job ignments: Budget Development: Manages the annual budget preparation cycle, coordinates training, oversees scheduling of budget meetings, and compiles budget requests. Budget Policy Management: Writes, maintains, and communicates budget policies and procedures. Operating and Capital Budget Management: Tracks operational and capital budgets to ensure spending compliance of departments.
