Construction project manager and estimator - (Bethlehem, PA)

Due to Growth, Michael F. Ronca & Sons, Inc., an established Lehigh Valley, PA based General and Mechanical Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. Responsibilities: Document, organize, understand and interpret complex streams of info and paperwork including plans, specifications, addenda and other data common to the heavy/civil construction industry. Purchase Order / Subcontract negotiation, creation and management. Management of Project Submittals. Following awarded contracts as igned. Complete and manage PA one Call underground utility mark out requests. Solicit, analyze and review subcontractor and vendor price quotations for conformity to the Bid Documents. Completion of accurate Architectural Take-Offs for Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction. Complete accurate estimates of required labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors needed to complete project.
