HOUSEKEEPING/JANITORIAL STAFF MANAGER Key functions & Responsibilities: · Schedule daily work to meet the needs of the facility · Assist in interviewing prospective employees · Order supplies on a weekly basis. Staying with a monthly budget · Make sure all waste is disposed properly · Investigate and assist with corrective action to housekeeping issues · Recycle all identified recyclables…OCC, Paper and Plastic · Daily and weekly safety meetings with crew · Document all training of department · Participate in the PEO · Assist in NEO Qualifications: · Education: Min requirement is a high-school education or GED · Background: Min of 5 years in maintenance management, with background in supervision, planning, scheduling and estimating · Technical skills: demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in Microsoft windows skills(ms excel, ms word, PowerPoint), · Valid Driver's License: Required to obtain a Customer Mobile Equipment License · Industrial facility cleaning
