Provide 2 forms of ID for I-9 verification. Have 2-3 yrs of Upscale, Corporate, or Fine-dining Food Service Background. Cooks - must wear a cleanly pressed WHITE Chef's jacket, checkered or black chef pants, non-slip kitchen shoes & must have own knife set. ServSafe a plus and required for Chef work Utility / Dishwashers - must wear a clean WHITE shirt w/ collar, black pants, non-slip kitchen shoes.
