Position description: We are seeking an General Manager for Delta Hotels by Marriott in Fargo, ND. This property was recently renovated and converted to a Marriott Delta Hotel and is the Best of Class in the area. The General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the hotel operation including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, and revenue generation. Major Assignments include: ? Deliver outstanding guest service and financial performance ? Support company directives to ensure staff receives proper training for each position, including safety training and standard operating procedures ? Directly oversee all management staff ? Monitors cost controls for each department on a regular basis ? Inspect guests' rooms, public access areas
