Position overview 1 of the Countrys leading Healthcare companies is looking for a Solutions Developer to join the team Job overview: The Solutions Developer codes, configures, and releases to our testing environment cloud based omni and multi:channel healthcare engagement solutions. This is done through proprietary tools that are integrated with Amazon Web Services, 3rd party vendors, and conventional code languages. This role includes feature and functional implementation of intended rules and designs through said tools and code. In addition to development, the Solutions Developer is expected to perform unit tests and help create reports of multi:channel interactions. Critical responsibilities: * Responsible for configuring, implementing and unit testing our multi/omni:channel solutions based on their intent through code and data driven interaction rules. * Complete deliverables in 2:days or less on all channels like IVR (Interactive Voice Response), Email, SMS, Live Agent, Web Survey, Print Mail and others.
