JDHuntr Attorney Law Jobs 19067 Counsel ? Employment/Labor Relations, Omaha, NE As part of company?s Employment Law Group, this role will report directly to the Associate General Counsel of the group and will be responsible for providing legal advice and analysis on the full range of human resources issues including hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, litigation, and labor & employment legal compliance matters. This person will review, revise and/or draft training materials, memorandums, company policies, due diligence materials, employment and consulting contracts, termination and settlement agreements and other legally-related documents. The role also provides backup support to other Employment Law Group members and may work on special projects of global scope.
