The financial executive will provide strong leadership to grow value in a responsible, profitable and sustainable manner. The CFO provides financial leadership by directing the fiscal functions of the company including financial management, tax planning, and enterprise risk management in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. In tandem with the CEO and the Senior Management Team, the CFO plays a key role in the evaluation of strategic initiatives and seeks to foster ethical and responsible decision-making processes, appropriate management methodologies, and world---class corporate governance practices.
