Position overview Signal Energy LLC is currently looking for a procurement specialist with background with construction. High-level Summary of Essential responsibilities: :Requesting and receiving bids for pricing. :Analyzing and qualifying proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. :Developing and writing scopes of work and supply. :Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, including schedules and other key terms. Background in these areas are required in order to be considered for this position.
