Area Process Manager : OCC - (Pine Hill, AL)

OCC Area Process Manager Purpose: The OCC APM is responsible for safely and efficiently utilizing the full potential of operating, maintenance and other support resources to maximize the performance of the Recycle Fiber department. We must provide quality, timely, and cost:effective services and products to the internal and external customers. The Area Process Manager will assist the Business Unit Manager in the overall operation. Key Accountabilities: :Meet local and enterprise metrics by establishing clear goals and providing requisite resources to direct reports. Establish performance measures, monitor inputs/outputs, and implement action plans for optimized production and overall continuous improvement. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of employees. :Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
