Position overview We are seeking a Buyer to become an integral part of our team Responsibilities: :Purchasing: Assist with purchase orders and vendor quotes :Request quotes from vendors :Assist Procurement with vendor documentation for engineering quotes :Provide sales department details on projected costs and delivery for components requested :Update Project Tracking Tool when an order is issued :Save all job purchase orders, drawings, quote, etc in the active jobs folder :Prepare and issue purchase orders for stock items :Maintain approved vendor list :Follow up with vendors for order confirmations and weekly ETAs :Process inventory re:order worksheet daily to ensure all stock minimums are met :Update vendor folders with current brands available x200B;Requirements: :3yrs previous background in purchasing required :Background in data entry :Knowledge of standard accounting procedures :Expertise to prioritize and multitask Please Description
