Purchase parts for machinery including custom manufactured and fabricated parts. This very quick paced environment needs a person who can maintain good relationships with vendors, maintain appropriate inventory levels, expedite orders and process paperwork. Responsibilities: :Analyzes production material needs and places POs for parts and supplies with established suppliers and expedite orders :Partners with production and inventory staff to procure materials as needed while maintaining inventory levels to avoid excess :Maintains min and max inventory levels on purchased products :Purchases supplies, raw and finished materials processing purchase orders ensuring on:time delivery
