Position description Als Complete Lawn Care and Sweeney Properties are seeking applications and resumes for a full-time Marketing, Recruiter, and Property Manager. Candidate must have excellent technical skills, communication expertise, organization, and marketing skills. Candidate needs to be self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of seeing the vision and future of ALS/Sweeney Properties in order to help implement processes and procedures that will better serve the company. Office assistant will be responsible for keeping up with phone and filings system for both enterprises. Als Complete Lawn Care : Candidate will oversee the marketing, calendar, and recruiting for business; as well as perform front office task as needed from the CFO and/or President. Sweeney Properties : Candidate will be responsible for maintaining the occupancy and marketing of all commercial and residential property owned by Sweeney Properties.
