Position description Our client has asked for assistance in recruiting a Construction Manager / Property Manager. This company is a well:established developer, constructor, and property manager. This position will report directly to the Director of Development and will manage new and renovation construction projects ranging in size up to 1.5M. They will also be responsible for property management maintenance and renovation/re:lease projects. Construction Manager / Property Manager Qualifications: :Min of 5yrs of background in construction management, especially with the General Contractor as Construction Manager at Risk :Proficient use of Microsoft office (Microsoft word, Ms excel, Outlook) and construction management software
