Job details 13; The Manager, Franchise Operations manages the relationship with franchisee drives revenue through engagement in WHG programs and services that yield top line revenue (i.e. Revenue Management Services, Signature Reservations). The MFO relationship has a direct impact on the retention of rooms. Responsibilities :Responsible for WHG effort to expand revenue generation opportunities, drive growth and performance (RPI) while improving quality performance and increasing customer satisfaction (OSAT) for a portfolio of hotels :Assist the RDFO with problem resolution, onboarding and retention for their portfolio :Manage front line efforts to drive franchisee satisfaction
