Retail Sales Associate Wanted : Full:Time - (Southfield, MI)

Position description The Retail Sales Associate will be required to contact prospects, and field new leads from people and businesses in a retail setting. The Sales Associate is tasked with 3 primary objectives: 1. Identify the root of the prospects needs or problems with the current provider by asking questions and listening to the prospects responses. 2. Qualifying a prospect for 1 of our various services. 3. Closing the transaction and collecting a submission package to forward to our major client. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responding to inquiries from our retail stores and receiving inbound prospects from clients who are looking for new services in the cable and internet industry. There is NO COLD CALLING All leads are provided, are in REAL:TIME and come from walk:in traffic. We do not buy leads from lead providers or 3rd:parties and all of our leads are EXCLUSIVE.
