PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Manage personnel and inventory to provide accurate, saleable product at most reasonable cost to customers and to Seedway. SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP Supervises, leads, and develops Associate Warehouse Manager and Warehouse employees. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Performs periodic and timely visual inspections of all structural components for soundness, rodent proofing, weather proofing and appearance. Inspects forklifts daily for all safety features, oil leaks, back up signal and lights, etc. and documents records. Replaces worn parts on all equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
