Division: ((Atlanta)) Department : ((Warehouse)) Job Location : ((College Park)) Other Potential Locations : ((None)) Summary Job Statement Assist shift supervisor in the areas of shipping, loading, receiving, warehouse storage, product rotation, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality and safety. Responsibilities :Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow :Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency :Address complaints and resolve problems :Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies. :Maintain positive employee morale :Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; implement methods and proper use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock. :Operate efficiently in an effort to increase productivity while maintaining as excellent level of safety and quality in the workplace.
