Program Finance Manager - (New Berlin, WI)

Position description OVERVIEW Reporting to the VP of Finance and Business Management, the primary role for this role to is to manage and support the finance and compliance aspects of multiple marketing programs. TEAM This team works with 1 of GMRs longest standing and largest clients. Our partnership with Altria has evolved over the years and really supports creativity, collaboration, and partnership as an extension of their marketing department. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS :Manage budget creation, 3rd:party contracting, reporting, audits, etc :Practice a thorough understanding of the GMR / Client Master Services Agreement (MSA) :Assist other account teammates and consult on a financial and compliance basis (whats allowable / included in the budget, purchasing procedures, MSA, etc.) :Collaborate with internal support services (project accounting, creative, logistics, production, purchasing, etc.)
