Part-time | Weekdays 3-7:00 pm The Center Assistant Manager and Manager are the lifeblood of Code Ninjas and are ultimately responsible for the success of the center from a financial, customer service, operations and risk management perspective. The ACM is the face of Code Ninjas and holds the responsibility for the sustainability of the business and its customer base by ensuring parents are satisfied with the service we provide. Financial Performance/Revenue Generation: • Make center sales top priority and master the functionality of Franchiczar and follow up on provided leads as well as recommend lead generation sources to ownership o Systematically follow up on leads and accurately document progress toward a sale in CRM o Aggressively but politely persuade leads to schedule tours and confirm attendance in advance. o Respond to lead questions, concerns and make recommendations to ownership
